Stein helds a ThD in theology form University of Oslo, a MBA in strategic leadership from NHH, coaching education from DISPUK and education as familytherapist. He has over 30 years’ experience as a consultant / manager with broad and proven experience of medium and large organizations in the public and private sectors. Working with executive search, recruitment, organizational-, managerial- and leadership. He also has a solid experience in executive coaching, Extensive experience and expertise in organizational change processes, restructuring and downsizing processes. Stein has been cooperating with WSGS since 1989, and has joined WSGS in 2017.
